Exactly three years ago from today when I decided to move my blog to WordPress and thinking about the past three years, I really don’t know if time passed by fast or slow. It’s fast because it only seems like yestaerday when I first blogged in WordPress, but it’s also slow because it seems like there are a lot of things that happened within that span of three years.I know that every blogger can understand how I feel with this kind of milestone. It feels like an extra ordinary day.

Well, I don’t want to dig in too much in the past right now. All I can say now is that we all learn from our experiences and mistakes. Let us keep on working and making ourselves better. Past is past. Welcome to a new start. Keep discovering and rediscovering.

Happy three years to my blog here in WordPress and I am looking forward for more great and happy stories to come! This is just a start of a new phase.

Marahil ay bago siya sa karamihan, at maging sa akin. Ang unang tanong ko sa sarili ng mapanood ko siya sa Isang Tanong ng GMA 7, “Sino siya?”.

Si John Carlos “JC” Delos Reyes ay isang konsehal ng Olongapo City. Naniniwala siya na ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan. Siya ay tumatakbo sa ilalim ng “Ang Kapatiran”. Sinasabi niya na ang katiwalian, droga at kriminalidad ay sintomas na bulok na sistema  na nagsisimula sa national government dahil sa “trapo” o traditional politics.

Ang kanilang isinusulong ay ang Project MMX kung saan hinihikayat nila ang kabataan na makiisa upang wakasan ang traditional politics sa ating bansa. Actually maganda ang ideya at hangarin na sinasabi nila sa Ang Kapatiran.

Para sa karamihan, malaki talaga ang posibilidad na hindi mananalo si JC dahil sa mga bigating personalidad na kalaban niya. Pero ika nga niya “Mahirap manalo, pero hindi imposible.”

Para sa first part ng ating “Are You The Next President?” series, ay ilalagay natin ang spotlight kay Noynoy Aquino. At para sa unang part din ng series na ito, ay tututok tayo sa kung ano ang ipinaparating ng mga presidentiables sa pamamagitan ng telebisyon.

Mula ng namatay si dating Presidente Cory Aquino, ay naging visible na si Noynoy sa telebisyon hanggang hinikayat siya ng karamihan na tumakbo bilang presidente. Makaraan ang ilang linggo ng pag-iisp ay ipinahayag na ni Noynoy ang kanyang hangaring tumakbo bilang presidente.

Maganda ang pagkakagawa ng music video ng “Hindi Ka Nag-Iisa”. Kapansin pansin din ang dami ng malalaking artista na nasa video na nagpapakita ng suporta kay Noynoy. Kung pakikinggang mabuti ang kanta, more on sa pagkakaisa ng bayan upang tulungan si Noynoy sa pag-unlad ng bayan. Maganda ang mensahe.

Lumabas ang ad na ito matapos mapansin ng marami na parang wala pang nilalabas na malinaw na plataporma si Noynoy. Hindi nawawala sa ad ni Noynoy ang pagtugis sa corruption. o katiwalian. Mapapansin na tila nagbigay ng atensyon sa edukasyon. At ano ang pinakapansin sa lahat sa ad na ito? Ang portion ni Baby James.

May dating ang pangako ni Noynoy na hindi siya magnanakaw, which kahit papaano ay naniniwala naman ako. Sa ad na ito, binigyan niyang diin ang edukasyon, kalusugan, kalikasan, at kapayapaan.

Marami pang sumunod na tv ad si Noynoy na nakasentro sa corruption bilang dahilan ng problema ng ating bansa.

Today is Ash Wednesday and it marks the start of the lenten season for this year.

Love definitely filled the air last weekend. I was in the mall for the past two days and of course, I saw how different people celebrated Valentines Day, or for the single people out there, “the single awareness day”. Hehe. In addition to that, the Chinese New Year was also celebrated yesterday.

This year, I want to do something different for the V-day. I like to use the idea of the “thank you” day that we also celebrate anually. But instead of saying thank you, I would say I love you.

Of course, I love you Lord for all the blessings you are giving me. I know that I am undergoing some difficulties lately but still, You make me realize that I am blessed.

I love you my dearest family. I might not be that expressive to all of you but I do love you all.

I love you friends (elementary and high school). We’ve been together for years but still I am looking forward to discovering and exploring things with all of you. Let’s all grow up together.

I love you my job because you bring out the best in me. And I love you because of the wonderful people I met because of you. I love you friends at the office!

I love you blog because we have formed a special connection through the years. I know you understand me.

I love you my beh.
